The Acura ZDX nameplate has been worn by two different vehicles. The first, produced from 2010 to 2013, was a mid-size luxury crossover SUV with a sloping roofline. It was known for its blend of utility and sporty design. In 2024, Acura revived the ZDX name for its first ever all-electric vehicle. This new ZDX is a luxury electric SUV co-developed with General Motors and shares some of its underpinnings with the Cadillac Lyriq. It comes in three trims: a base A-Spec with rear-wheel drive, a more powerful AWD A-Spec with dual motors, and the performance-oriented Type S with all-wheel drive and 500 horsepower.
